i was damn busy yesterday, having to clean the whole house and my mom is sick and all... so now i can blog!I slipped and fell in the toilet, so now i have a blue-black on my knee =P
anyways, here is day 1:
A 1 and a half hours flight to kerabi, thailand! Of course we took budget airlines la, but the prices are not much different. The ticket costs 49 dollars each person, but with the taxes, u add about 100 more. wtf.
the plane service is well, not to bad for singapore standard. my momo bought this 50 dollars pendant from the souvenir goods, which is quite beautiful.
you know those demostrations on the life jackets and mask stuff on your computer screen? Well, since there aent any computers, we have live demostrations! One person would talk throught the microphone reading the instructions, white the other demostrator demonstrates how to use them. It was damn funny!
Do not panic under any *circumstances* --> circumfrence
Pull back the *elastic band* --> electric shock
lolol. and the voice was so mountanious. so many ppl were giggling. poor air stewardess. this is what you get from budget airlines, including cup noodles which cost S$4.00 per cup!
-- touching down
security at the airport was lacking i must say, though the airport looks very modern, including power-saving escalators! basically they only start moving when u step on the sensor-installed area.
the hotel was very nice. the room was not bad (but we changed to a much better one later on), there was air-con and star-movies channel on television! the whole place was great-looking, but it was in the middle of many smaller shops, so it looked like an inn or a very large hotel at first. E.g.:
