A short summary of the Sec 3 RIPB elections in less than a minute:

When there's a will, there's a wei, so *chinese accent*, vote for wang,never let youd down. I have finished my speech in the shortest time possible, and thus I would like to thank my friends and teachers who have turned me from a carp into a groundbreaking dragon.
