Before I mention the topic, I will talk about RI audience's attitude compared to Dunman -- softer cheering, a couple of bored faces and a few more lol.The topic for today is:
With great publicity comes great responsibility: Media has highlighted mostly celebrities' poor morals
Not the exact title, but it's roughly like that.
I think RI's performance was mediocre. Not that I am certified to judge, but in my opinion as an audience that how it seems to me. It's not very outstanding persay, other than the first speaker's rather aggresive debating skills. Still, i prefer their arguments compared to Dunman. More solid.
So let's see, you have Amy Winehouse, Britney Spears, Edison Chen, some Black rappers getting busted for drugs, nicole kidman and tom cruise, tom cruise on couch etc. etc.
I can think of so many bloody examples for supporting the stand. I must say, I just cant think of counter examples, shucks i noob >_>
I think the media really too money-minded, concentrate on all the shit celebrities do. However, it does seem unavoidable. Celebrities are famous people after all, and people are bound to put them in the spotlight eventually. And after all, its all these bitchy gossip that really makes life a bit more interesting =D
Ok no time to talk anymore abt it sian. will continue. i hope.
